The VLC media player launched Android version for mobile phones as an official beta version on the Google Play store is available for download. After installing the 7.1 MB of application appears warning that the current version 0.0.1 is declared to be not yet stable, indicating that the use is at your own risk.

All existing music files on device, VLC player automatically detects and sorts them by albums, songs, genres and artists. Videos are arranged neatly in a separate category and were playing smoothly .
The current version is now supported only by devices with a processor NEON ARMv7 . According to the developer team, version for other devices will be available in future.
IF you dont know which processor is installed in your mobile , GOTO Android Assistant and find the info under Tools in the System Information. This application requires Android 2.1 or higher.
